1. CLT will be proactive in recognizing possible hazards and doing our part to mitigate any possible loopholes to safety; by maintaining trucks and keeping them up to par to give a sense of security, 24 hour call center support, accurate record keeping (CDL renewal dates, traffic violations, drug tests, current certifications) and participate in insurance groups that help our drivers to make decisions based on safety.
2. All our trucks will be equipped with amenities that make your drive smooth and pleasant; t.v., microwave, refrigerator and double bed, working heat and air, 9inch truckers GPS, dual dash cam with rear view camera, ELD, and PrePass.
3. Being a CLT driver means market competitive pay equal to or above the industry standard that will include; direct deposit, weekly pay, and sign-on bonus.
3. Our driver’s hard work, and dedication will not go unnoticed. We will provide a yearly no call-out bonus, an award to Driver of the Quarter for his/her achievement in excellence. We keep our doors open for all concerns. Quarterly meetings will also be held to give our drivers a time to voice any opinions, views or ideas.
